Why can't I make a reservation for lunch?
We do not take reservations for lunch and operate on a walk-in basis. Since we have plenty of tables and a quick turnover, you should always be able to find a spot.
Reservations are only taken for groups of 8 or more. -
How can I make a group reservation?
For group reservations of 8–14 people, please use our reservation widget. For larger groups, kindly contact us at info@batchbrussels.com.
We offer a €55 per person menu, which ensures the right quantity of food and a fluid service.

Do you accept laptops?
Yes, computers may be used during the week from 08:00–12:00 and 14:00–18:00.
We kindly remind everyone to be considerate of others by avoiding online meetings and not bringing monitors, mice, or other accessories.
If it gets too busy, we reserve the right to ask guests to close their laptops or move to another area. -
Can I come with my dog?
We welcome small dogs, provided they are well-behaved and kept under the table at all times.
For everyone’s health and safety, we ask that dogs remain on a short leash and be taken outside if they become restless. -
Cancelation policy
Reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to 12 hours before your booking. Cancellations made after that window, or no-shows, will be charged to the card provided at the time of booking.

Can I walk in without a reservation?
Yes, walk-ins are always welcome, particularly for breakfast, brunch and lunch which run without reservations. In the evening, we keep tables free for walk-ins alongside our reservation system.

Strict closing time to respect our neighbour. Only taking orders at the bar.

Where can I park?
Unfortunately parking has become a mess in Ixelles. The best street parking is on Rue Renier Chalon and the surrounding streets south of Chaussée de Waterloo. Parking in those streets is free after 18:00.

Can I bring a birthday cake?
We don't usually accept food or drinks brought from outside. In case this is a big issue please reach out.

Allergies and dietary restrictions
We accommodate allergies, vegetarian, and gluten-free requests whenever possible. We however cannot accommodate vegan requests on most of our menus.
Please contact us as soon as possible regarding any dietary restrictions and please talk to your server about them.
